    How does this sound?


    $22 Million plus other assets.Cash, OLL, company shell.I’m figure the business is worth somewhere around $25 Million.


    25 Million minus current market cap’ of 22.5 Million (according to Commsec) = $2.5 Million.


    $2.50 Million divided by 22.5 Million is about 11%.


    Share price overnight was $2.14.Add 10% or so on to that it would be about $2.35 per share.Assuming the company is wound up.
