Your not forced to say IMO. Only if you make a bold statement or accusation such as saying to someone 'your a conman in my opinion!'. This just makes it clear you are not accusing the person of being a proven conman by law or peers but it is only your humble opinion which may not be respected anyway IMO.

Back to MBE should bottom around 37cents based on my short term charts. Could hit 36.5cents. I use a one week 15minute chart, then see if it matches up to the yearly and 3month daily charts. This is used for 5 to 30 days outcomes. I'm no expert at judging whether new highs may be made but I can see a new high being a reasonable outcome within the 30 trading days. 45 cents my target before consolidating back to a 40cents base. This does depend somewhat on the ASX not crashing though I see MBE ignoring the market trends generally but not totally.
