No idea, but standard practice for exploration wells in the oil & gas industry. Especially basin opening wells like this one. Typically, the evaluation program for an initial well would be kept to a minimum on the first exploration well to minimize costs in the event of failure. On follow-up appraisal wells as Mbelele-2 more extensive evaluation will be done. They will likely plan to case the well to allow for a production test to be performed.
