What motivation is there to buy in once a discovery is announced for regular market players? Future owners who can value it properly are Industry Players who need the helium, either that or they move to being a production asset that generates a return and gets valued on a PE.

The appointment of the new director with deal skills says to me, they will look for deals that value it the right way, be they selective sales of the proven piece, or a potentially a buyer for the company. If you are a helium industrial company, in a world where this is a very scarce resource, this has to be a very attractive asset once declared a discovery.
