The issue is they've only sampled what looks like the groundwater area and havent retrieve a sample from the gas cap yet to where it would be economically viable.
The risk that petere has said, is that the gas cap is so shallow that there isn't enough pressure for flow but I'm unusure what a good nitrogen/helium flow should look like in this sort of play.
