Its because this company seems prone to releasing confusing announcements. Other oil and gas stock if the structure is water saturated this is a duster and they would say so and is pretty much a dud.
But this one is strange like presenting false hope they could extract Helium from water or a gas cap that they haven't tested even though have spent millions on 2 well ?
