    Mbelele-1 was drilled on a structural high on the Basin Margin which is the play type being pursued. From my research, what appears to be missing here is an adequate seal. In the USA Paradox Basin there is a very dense dolomite that traps the helium. The clay seals here and probably where HE1 are, are unable to trap the helium. The possible reason for so much helium being observed in surface seepage.
