For gas like Helium which has such low solubility you realistically need it to be free gas (e.g. not brine cut), or would need a truly astronomical quantity and a really efficient processing plant to make a saturated helium field economically viable.

On top of this, the most cost effective way of processing a bimodal product (Nitrogen/Helium mix) is to vent the nitrogen and condense the helium. You wouldn’t be able do this on saturated helium without some very expensive liberation processes to release the gas comp from the carrier fluid.
