Not easy to calculate I reckon.
Approx 2.5% of the gas out of the water is helium with the other 97.5% in the raw gas out of the water being nitrogen etc.. ?
So if they want to produce (m bring thousand as per Roman numerals mm million etc..) 500mscf = 500,000 scf per day of helium they'll need forty times as much raw gas (100/2.5) to exsolve out of the fluids - water ?
So how much water is needed to contain 20 million scf of raw gas that contains 2.5% helium and other gases like nitrogen etc.. ?
Anyway I think that early monetisation is easier if just using free gas from the gas cap if successful there.
Anyway my assumptions above could be wrong..
