I'm guessing you've never done anything with helium before! It has to be sent to the lab.....read earlier posts if you want a layman explanation.

As for the communication yes this has been poor.....but it is a highly technical subject they are trying to articulate which is difficult to translate into layman speak. They have 2 options for releasing info....
1) Try and articulate what they find as they find it, or
2) Hold back until proper clarification is done (at the lab) and run the risk of leaking info to the market and the ramifications of that.

Let's hope they go with option 1 and they improve dramatically....the clarification today is a great start
