My sense is that Noble gets two bites of the cherry with this North Rukwa discovery. Free gas in abundance near surface which is easy to commercialise for $$$$ then a massive reservoir of deeper gas in water which shouldn't be too hard to liberate given the coal seam gas industry has been doing it for years and the IP is in Brisbane. I bought Arrow Energy cheaply when nobody understood coal seam gas but made plenty once people figured it all out. This is defintely a once in decade opportunity.
