Well of course it will be 'b', but you would be stupid not to give them the option of avoiding legal proceedings, or, more to the point, possibly coming to the table to negotiate a mutually acceptable parting of the ways.
They probably need to get a Director to take charge of the legal era flings around Mbila, allowing Ian to stay focused on developing Kangwane.
