I think it's been brewing for quite a while milsey, and if you track the ZYL share price, it should be fairly well factored in already. That's not to say there won't be another sell down....anything is possible in this market.

Disappointing that Mbila has come to this, as the story as originally told to us looked compelling. Interesting how ZYL are the ones coming out swinging saying we want ournmoney back!

Now that this likely legal baggage is out there in the market, it will be a real test of management to secure the necessary funding for Kangwane. I guess we'll sink or swim based on what success they have. Still positive, as the BFS for Kangwane indicates it a very robust project.
