Agree ramble, that disclosure on every page is a bit unnerving. My question would be why have it as a header on every page? The company has no obligation to disclose it like that. Look at the annual report the going concern was positive and yet you did not see it on every page..... Anyways in regards to the disclosure the company is solvent at the moment and there is no issue there, the reason for the going concern assumption relates to the renewal of the operating license. If it is not granted then game over for MBN, most likely it will be but given the fact the company cannot say for certain it will be opens them up to this going concern issue.
