The administrators have taken control of the company that is why all the directors were sacked , it may take some time to sort the outcome. I waited more than 1 year when KZL went into admin and it wasnt pretty the same thing happened they were nickel as well I lost $3500 but put it as a tax loss. I am very careful what I invest in now and that is GOLD producers they rarely go under and I always look at the debt level of a company and how much money they are making .
