    This is me thinking out loud.

    It seems to me that something unforeseen has happened. This doesn't look like this was a slow predictable demise. It seems like an event happened that forced them immediately to suspend.

    Could it be that the Chinese defaulted on payments?

    What possibilities are there?

    what possibilities are out there that all is not lost? Are there any defence tactics that could explain this?
