Sad to hear this,
MBN would have been a good addition to my portfolio, not many nickel producers which have the benefit of BRL.
The first announcement of MBN not publishing their report immediately tells you it is bad. If the directors continued to trade insolvent they would have been subject to very harsh jail sentences, this was the only choice they had. The director resigning was another bad sign..

Not much that current holders can do.

A few options are available.

1. Sell off the plant (hopefully the sale price will be sufficient to cover market cap)

2. Do another capital raising

3. Merge with another mining firm.
