It has been some time since you wrote to ASIC. When you did - the value of my MBN holding increased significantly and I sold out. It was a good experience for me but I miss holding MBN. Not sure what it was like for you. You seem to be covering a short position.
So here is my thinking!! Lets work together like superheros.
1) Lets aggressively short the stock and downramp on Hot Copper
2) Noteholder selling will only help us with this audacious plan
3) You write another letter to ASIC, freak out MBN management and noteholders
4) We buy up big
5) Price zooms up.. and the chartists chime in and predict great things!!!
6) Nickel price will mysteriously go up while we implement this mastermind plan..
Conclusion: We make out like bandits. Even OZgoldtrader is happy!!!
