    Isn't it puzzling the way they put Care and Maintenance for just 4 to 8 weeks.

    What is the reason to shut it down for just 1 to 2 months. What is brewing on.
    Are they on to something. What happens after C & M. Are they operating back on.
    Are they expecting Ni Pr to recover with in 2 months?
