In the busts before recover:
1. No one wants to buy until he has to do so no or very few of supply is consumed.
2. Production drops down but not enough and far less than the amount of demand reduction.
3. China demand reduction is huge. China just starts the cut. Big boys outside China just start to plan the cut but has not implemented.
4. Users' inventory or the stockpiles in warehouse, who have to keep and consume, becomes less and less.
5. When the supply down and demand down cross each other, a tip point would be in.
6. Around tip point, people would jump into the market to buy for bargain
7. Buying would increase the deficits in supply which will drive lme stock and price down.
8. More and more buying and then more lme down dramatically.
