MOG payment takes out debt. Investment in MOG almost equivalent to the pro forma EV. Very high potential of a negative EV here depending how MOG performs post IPO - it’s in a very hot sector with strong tail winds. I can’t find any negative EV stocks in Australian Oil and Gas - if there are please point them out.

The numbers stack up here regardless of performance and inept management. Huge mis pricing of this stock IMO.

I see this at least trending up to the gap at 3.2c in the short term and then higher as we approach the IPO. If the IPO is successful then we’re off to the races and I’d anticipate at least 100% return from present levels.

Options look good for those with a higher risk tolerance - all IMO and DYOR

@StealthInvest here’s a short term trade for you mate with a very good risk v reward. Basically the market is pricing the remaining assets at or close to zero. I have funds here that says that discount is too high and will reduce. Take a look.
