It doesn't have to get to those levels. Opuwo is Copper + Cobalt. MCB is Copper + Gold. Copper underpins both projects and if the price of copper is high enough, that really takes away the price pressure on the "other" resource in each project to make them economically feasible.
Hell, looking at the way things are going at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if all 3 of these metals increase in price significantly and in a sustained manner in the near future because they each have a catalyst looming large behind them (EVs, lower emissions targets, QE money supply increase, etc.).
It doesn't have to get to those levels. Opuwo is Copper +...
