I would not be surprised if they haven't already been working on it behind the scenes (to some degree)
Just like so many things already have the green light.
Its not like they are starting from ground zero.
Have already contractors/ drillers et al engaged, waiting for this funding announcement,
Yes, we are going mining. The market will wake up.
