Silvercorp proposes to acquire all of the outstanding shares of CLA at a fixed price of A$0.03 per
share in exchange for consideration comprising 90% Silvercorp shares + 10% cash.
and it gets worse the more you read it.
Looks like they dropped a Billion dollar + asset for the sake a few cents.
