That's exactly how I read it too. This blaming on CLA shareholders is just people venting their frustration at everyone around them because something didn't go the way they wanted it to go, and doing so without fully grasping the whole situation.
I personally said that I would vote yes if no other bid came in, meaning I would've gone along with the deal. But even so, I do not blame this outcome on CLA. This was purely the result of SVM changing their decision or intent.
