How can the mining licence not be critical. The whole project was dead if the mining licence wasn’t granted.

it might not have moved or re-rated the sp but it is a massive step forward for both CLA and the Phillipines.

The sp should appreciate from here if CLA can show progress towards upholding the terms of the mining permit and progressing the project to a mine

I won’t get into a conversation about funding because I don’t have a crystal ball and aren’t privy to any conversations taking place at the moment regarding possible interested parties. That at this point is commercially sensitive and only requires communication from the company if it progresses to a formal proposal
