Dear Giga, I would hope every MD would be bullish 24/7!
Why on earth would you work and manage a business that you don’t believe in?
I hope I’m not so insular as to not know and understand that there are so called “lifestyle” cowboys out there. But even they, in their weird manner believe in their companies. So I guess I partly agree with you!
I would be far more concerned if they were not.
But in the case of CLA, I feel confident that Hume, Sarge and fellow directors and executives are doing all they can to help shareholders (and their own interests). In my opinion, Management is the biggest determinant of the success, or not, of juniors. I have faith in CLA management! That’s my key premise.
Time, of course will be the judge of whether I’m right or a fool.
