turning down a ~4c SOTP offer will go down as one of the dumbest corporate events I can think of lol
but the upside is everyone on the management team got to keep their jobs !
mudguts still doesn’t understand silvercorp does/did not need to give a formal termination notice lol
they aren’t selling on market they have to report every 1% move as they are substantial
the price discovery is done … he just don’t like the result. The market has spoken… musgut was wrong to not advocate for the deal but keeps spouting his easily disproven copium lol
