If they are buying and sellings now its an insignificant amount due to reporting req's ( we would know )
perhaps there is just not many naturals buyers of the stock because people realise its stranded and not fundable. Remember the market is always right.
i know its convenient to blame silvercorp for everything but i think its time to stop living in the past.
