they had 12.15% on last notice. Then 11.25% when they did CR. So yeah they have been selling, just under 1% so no one knew.
The CR showed they sold since last notice, around 20 million or so shares.
Perhaps there are no buyers because SVM had 15% and sold close to 4% on market so buyers are weary. While SVM sit there with 11% or so and no way to know what they want to do buyers will be worried.
clever by SVM but they have a fair bit do with share price.
