I can’t see how a low share price hinders SVM in anyway. Would be hard for another party to accumulate a meaningful amount in the current state without a large shareholder selling, that won’t be SVM and seems like the top 20 are won’t either.
So that then leaves an offer from another party due to depressed SP. Why would this be 3c+ when SP is 1c. 2c offer comes in, SVM then can come over the top while they hold 11.25% as a block.
I would still welcome any offer being made to flush them out one way or another.
