when you agree to a deal ( non binding terms ) then come back asking for more money when the valuation doesn’t support it ( see current share price lol ) is it any wonder they annoyed the other side?
silvercorp are very successful and have taken over multiple companies with both sides coming out winners with no animosity…. Yet couldn’t get it done here, I think it’s obvious who the cowboys are.
