sometimes you have to swallow your pride, SVM should tap out of the ORR offer. Sell to PRU and come back to the table at CLA. Easiest option, they spat the dummy and sold on market but I am sure the CLA board will speak to them again.
They don’t seem to be very good at this takeover stuff.
