Shouldn’t the company be focused on getting the funding sorted as their first priority?
If I were CLA management I’d try to match SVM with a person who wants to provide finance but requires a significant equity position. That would be the old win - win outcome.
Just my thoughts with no knowledge of what could be cooking.
