The SVM hero we all need. Wouldn’t say taking a 15% CR on a takeover is standard practice. It is for SVM and loaoks like it will work for Adventus, didn’t work for others but is clever. SVM stock going up 10% after offer probably helps as well. SVM look for half reasonable projects that are desperate for cash. CLA was that.
My frustrations are with CLA, if you take the non binding offer and CR then close the F**ing deal. Stop bitching about they stopped talking to us, commercial reasons. Just get it done, if you think you are worth more then pull your finger out and get another offer. PH can’t do it, hopefully someone else can or yep you bang on here. Would be good to know SVM are aligned to get the best result for their 11.25% (that would involve selling on market).
