Well imo...... SVM shit the nest by not following though on the agreement as documented. again IMO (& backed up by the CLA announcement)

The period of exclusivity under the term sheet has now expired; however, Celsius remains committed to advancing the discussions with Silvercorp with a view to executing binding agreements which are in the best interests of Celsius shareholders as a whole.
SVM refused to speak to CLA (as per next announcement).
SVM is acting like a baby/ spoilt child than has never had No said to them...again all IMO, from what is inthe public space.
Will be looking to relieve tax loss sellers it hey push the price down ...the lowest I have purchased at is .006...& like spook am under the SVM entry price for my holdings.
