The only thing not mentioned in this, is that the Hillside project sits on a huge amount of ore that has yet to be drilled and could provide a potential mine life of 40 years, albeit at much lower copper grade to our smaller project.
Not quite sure our project has the potential longevity but do agree we have some advantages in grade, cost , gold grade etc but negatives such as jurisdiction, overall size and mine life. Sometimes harder than you think to compare two totally different ore bodies.
But will grant you that if the other is being sold for the price it is then the price tag on MCB could well be in the value range of 200-300M without getting too carried away. Just might not be quite big enough bait to catch a large fish like Hillside has.
Still I concede plenty of potential upside so I'm still holding.
