Svm shareholder here. Don’t think Svm is coming back and will probably sell their stake for a profit. They’ve done it before with guy, will do it again with Orr and will probably end up in the green on their cla stake.I wasn’t for the Cla acquisition but wish you guys luck. I do think six months to produce a bankable feasibility study is tight and to be frank I think there’s a better than even chance monied suitors wait four months before stink bidding CLA which you’ll take out of desperation, but its possible you find another suitor willing to make a bid without a bankable fs in hand. But just realize you are going to face serious dilution no matter how this ends up so NPV calculations I see tossed around here are not serious expectations for your future share value. But given current market cap you can potentially make multiples of where it is today. Just don’t be naive enough to think that’s the base case, especially since a major global market event is on the horizon before your six months to prove up funding expires.
