We will see. I’m betting Svm walks away from Orr with profit and that Svm will announce it is no longer a substantial shareholder here in a few weeks time. if Svm was interested in paying anymore than originally offered they would have already done so before the ml was issued. based on the sentiment few here would consider accepting a similarly valued bid now that the ml means (to them) that cla should be worth 10x current mc.
