Is SVM are trying to sell their 12% stake on the market at their buy price of 1.5 cents I’d say they are, in the words of The Castle” - DREAMING. They just have too many shares.
As an alternative thought, if I were SVM, I’d be talking to the BoD regarding them (SVM) participating as a seller into any equity swap required to gain funding to proceed with the mine development.
2 benefits: SVM get a higher price, and less dilution to existing shareholders.
