It's actually frightening how naive you guys are to the dangers ahead. You might get an offer. You could get diluted and wiped out. The latter is the probable case when you're desperate and trying to offload a tier 3 jurisdiction asset in the worst mining jurisdiction in the world.
You can post articles about how the government wants to encourage mining but takes a huge stake and is a risk to nationalize assets on foreign owners. Go take a look at Ecuador if you want a similar example. After they nationalized oil assets and foreign capital fled they've spent a solid decade+ saying they want foreign investment, sponsoring mining conferences every year, etc and the only major mine that was built was when Kinross took a massive bath off loading fruta del norte to lundin for pennies and the government gave them special treatment to spur additional investment which hasn't materialized.
is cla the fruta del Norte story or is cla the two dozen Ecuadorian juniors that have either changed hands for pennies or have diluted successive waves of shareholders into oblivion?
