it’s pretty obvious they aren’t on speaking terms when CLA didn’t announce in the CR that silvercorp were talking part.
the spinco was stupid but I’d bet it wasn’t silvercorps idea. When you don’t have much skin in the game….. you need to find new jobs when the old ones end, enter the spinco!
