I don't have any experience in closing such deals so maybe I'm way off.

But I doubt all the participants are disinterested observers.

The Gov have spent a lot of time on this and part of the contract asked them to expediate approvals. I doubt they have spent all this time just to try and catch us out on timing. Everybody wants a deal?

Potential investors, we have been told, are deep into negotiations. Hopefully most of the groundwork has been done and if they need another few weeks, I doubt that would be a problem.
