So, today is the last day of the "no-shop" period.
Looks like people don't think we will get a better offer than SVM's, based on the unchanged trading pattern.
Assuming that they actually read and understood the term sheet & exclusivity period, that is.
On a side note, 30 days was very short for a no-shop period. Just an observation, make of it what you like.
