I know you're not doing a direct comparo, but for the benefit of the reader, it's worth pointing out the differences.

The biggest difference is the scarcity of the permit. The Phillipines have not issued a single new base metal mining permit for almost 2 decades. If it does happen, it would be nothing short of an historic event for the mining industry in that country, and little ol CLA is right in the thick of it. Surely that has to count for something. Just the news-making event of the Philo Gov issuing a new metal mining permit after so long would generate some free PR for the company.

There are other differences like size of the resource, etc, but that all pales in comparison to the scarcity.

I personally do not expect the MPSA itself to be the main driver of the SP, but for it to be the catalyst for a major improvement in our fortunes, eg. better offer, or even some other arrangement that doesn't involve selling out.
