The people that run these organisations are obviously not stupid, even if at times it would appear they aren't that bright. However, as with many on this site, I am really interested in trying to understand why an account cant be opened. There must be a valid reason that I just cant think of. This has taken way to long. What was a joke a few weeks ago is now really confusing.
