    I would bet its MCC not wanting to escrow the $80m and are finding "excuses" to drag things on and on.

    "Cannot open a bank account" you have to be absolutely kidding.

    This is basically MCC refusing to sign all the paperwork so the account won't be opened.

    CFE definitely wants this $80m to be escrowed that is for sure.

    Expect this saga to drag on till next year
