I think this whole situation is ridiculous and verges on contempt of court.

However I do know it is difficult to open an Aust Bank Account from outside Aust...it may be even more difficult for a foreigner residing outside Aust.....

but consider the pressure that could be applied to a lawyer in Singapore by Chinese interest...one could assume what may be said is....do it and u get no business from anyone....chinese financial torture.........
