Interest and costs depend on the court decision, so MCC needs to decide to agree to pay up now or if they lose in court risk paying interest and legal costs.
Hopefully we are closer to a settlement. We sure need the money, whilst the Tax Audit remains unresolved.
Real shame too, as there is plenty of bargains out there which TS must have his eyes on.
