The market is red hot, and you would expect listing volumes to rise in 2nd half. I don't see many impediments out there to slow the market with long term low interest rates, dropping unemployment and a covid vaccine approved. There are longer term tailwinds here as well with migration set to resume at some point and stamp duty reform in nsw. Could be a wild ride from these levels.
